De Business Conduct Guidelines beschrijven de basisprincipes en interne gedragsregels van onze onderneming evenals de richtlijnen voor de omgang met externe partners en het algemene publiek. Ze omvatten tevens de verplichting om steeds aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving te voldoen. Siemens hanteert een nultolerantie ten aanzien van corruptie, schendingen van de principes inzake eerlijke concurrentie en andere inbreuken op de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Wanneer deze zich toch voordoen, ondernemen we snel actie. Dit geldt wereldwijd en op alle organisatieniveaus. We voorzien verschillende kanalen voor interne en externe partijen om mogelijke Compliance-inbreuken te melden. Zowel de “Tell Us” Hotline, de Siemens-ombudsman en de dienst voor boekhoudkundige klachten zijn veilige kanalen voor Siemens-medewerkers en externe betrokken partijen om hun bezorgdheid over mogelijke inbreuken te uiten - vertrouwelijk en indien gewenst ook anoniem.
