Siemens Real Estate is continuously expanding its range of coworking spaces. Coworking stands for creativity, interdisciplinary collaboration and flexible working. Many of the spaces are not only open to Siemens employees, but also to interested external coworkers.

Membership

Achieving more together

The Siemens Real Estate coworking concept is based on memberships. Because we know that creativity is also based on new impulses - from like-minded people and people who think differently. As a member you are part of the coworking community at one of our locations and benefit from a large network. You have the free choice between different workstations. Printer, W-Lan and bar with snacks and soft drinks included. Find your favourite place - whether lounge, bar table, workshop room or classic desk.

Coworking stands for cooperation. This is why workshop and meeting rooms are an essential part of the space we offer. The meeting rooms are available to all members and guests, but must be booked in advance and will be billed according to the period of use. Our Community Managers at the respective locations will advise you individually on the suitable rooms, because the possible uses are manifold.  

Events

Business events with outreach

Our coworking areas are ideally suited for events that are intended to inspire and network. The space can be rented both by members and guests. Audio systems and projectors are usually available. Contact our local community managers to share your plans.

Locations

Munich

The coworking area in Perlach, Munich, covers around 800 square meters spread over two floors. It offers an inspiring environment for Siemens employees and business partners. Whether workshop, concentrated work at the desk, agile project or networking - the flexibility of the space opens up a wide range of possible uses. The location is also ideal for business events, including catering, security and media technology. In this case, this also applies to Siemens-independent business events. 

Huizingen, Belgium

The coworking area covers 350 square metres with 35 workstations and four workshop rooms and is located in the immediate neighbourhood of the Siemens regional Headquarters in Belgium. Infrastructure and equipment support agile working methods and diverse business activities - always with a focus on networking, exchange of experience and interdisciplinary knowledge transfer. The coworking team looks forward to welcoming Siemens employees as well as start-ups, entrepreneurs and generally "innovators" from various industries.

Berlin

A32 - Entrepreneurs Forum Berlin Siemensstadt. A former production hall of around 1000 square metres in the Dynamowerk invites you to create and exchange ideas and knowledge. Modern coworking workplaces, seminar rooms, meet-and-talk areas, project rooms and multifunctional creative areas form the cornerstone for working together on innovative ideas. The Coworking Space also offers enough space for events: Whether small team event or large event, for up to 400 people.

WeWork Shanghai

Cooperation with added value: The well-known coworking provider WeWork has rented four floors in the Siemens Center Shanghai and operates a coworking branch there.

Beijing

The coworking area in the Siemens Center in the Central Business District in Beijing comprises an entire floor of the 30-story office tower. In the area you will find a lounge and communication area, event rooms and meeting rooms of various sizes as well as around 150 desks in various rooms, which can be occupied as required. The approximately 1700 square metres are modernly equipped and offer maximum functionality and comfort, for example in terms of IT connection, air quality and ergonomics.

Kartal, Turkey

The new coworking area in Kartal, which opened in September 2018, is located in the middle of the Turkish regional Headquarters. It offers around 100 workplaces on approx. 800 square meters and 350 square meters of terrace. In the first year, the area will initially be used exclusively within Siemens; afterwards it will also be accessible to external users.
