Campus 90 is a multifunctional, modern building, equipped with state-of-the-art building systems.

Desigo CC, a Siemens last generation Building Management System, has been installed in the building and fire safety and security systems have been integrated in it. 

The project was implemented by Siemens’ long-term partner Vilmat OOD.

The Building relies on the largest gas extinguishing system with natural and chemical agents in Bulgaria.

Completed in 2021, the building was designed and planned as a fully future-oriented project, requiring integration of cutting edge “smart” systems and technologies to guarantee the comfort of its tenants, owners and building operators for the decades to come

The complex consists of an office and a residential part and provides its occupants with a healthy and comfortable environment.

The project has been completed in less than two years by the end of 2020, despite the negative impact of the pandemic.
