Commercial Trainee Program
A 12-month program that provides the foundations of commercial, financial, and risk management.
This program is divided into four challenging training and job-rotation stages, each lasting three months. Each stage includes one month of theoretical training and two of job rotation. The program covers procurement, order management, and financial control. During the job rotation, you’ll work in various business units and assume a range of responsibilities. Guided by your mentor and the program manager, you’ll receive our full support as you move your career to the next level.
What is required?
- The program is open to 2017 graduates who have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics and related management subjects, which may include Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, and International Trade. We seek candidates with outstanding academic results (reference from your academic teachers is optional).
- We seek people with great team spirit, who have strong communication skills and a good command of English – in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail, and will be very proficient with financial information.
- Candidates should be open to working in different departments within Siemens.
