Nuremberg, Germany is equipped with the 1st private 5G standalone network in an industrial environment using the 3.7 – 3.8 GHz band in Germany. The Automotive Showroom & Test Center in Shanghai, China is a good example where highly automated mechatronic systems meet digitalization that create a value for the customer on the shopfloor. Furthermore both locations theme e.g. artificial intelligence, predictive maintenance, digital twin and flexible production systems as enablers for the production of the future.
