Managing Board Members

Mostafa El-Bagoury is the CEO of Siemens in Egypt since 2020, and has been the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of Siemens in Egypt since 2016.

Prior to his current role he served as Executive Vice-President, Finance for Power & Gas, Power Generation Services, Energy Management Transmission, Egypt and Wind & Renewables, Middle East from 2013 to 2016. With almost 20 years of experience, he has held significant leadership roles covering financial markets, risk management, auditing and financial planning.

El-Bagoury was born in Cairo and is currently based there. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Faculty of Commerce & Business Administration, Helwan University and obtained his CPA (California State Board of Accountancy) in 2002.
