SIMATIC-design power supplies

Product group image SIMATIC-design power supplies

The optimal supply for SIMATIC S7 and more

Regarding design and functionality, the original power supplies of the SIMATIC integrate optimally into the PLC network. The startup and power reserves of the SITOP power supply units meet the requirements of the respective controllers. In addition, the mounting options of both components are the same. All of this ensures that controller and power supply or peripherals are perfectly matched. In addition to the SIMATIC systems, the SITOP power supply units in SIMATIC design also supply further consumers reliably with 24 V.

Product image SITOP for SIMATIC S7-300 and ET200M

For SIMATIC S7-300 and ET200M

1-phase SITOP power supplies for SIMATIC S7-300 and SIMATIC ET200M

The power supplies for SIMATIC S7-300 und SIMATIC ET200M require little space on the S7 rail and range switching to single-phase 120/230 V AC systems takes place automatically. The connecting comb to the CPU is included in the scope of supply. An optional adapter allows the unit to be snapped onto DIN mounting rails.

For SIMATIC S7-1200

1-phase SITOP power supplies for SIMATIC S7-1200

The compact PM1207 power supply in SIMATIC S7-1200 design is only 70mm wide and requires little space in conjunction with the micro PLC. The automatic area switchover function of the DIN rail-mounted power supply unit 24 V DC/ 2.5 A ensures problem-free connection to 1-phase networks 120/230 V AC in industrial and residential areas. It can be mounted on DIN-rail or via screws.

Product image SITOP for SIMATIC S7-1500 and ET200MP

For SIMATIC S7-1500 and ET200MP

1-phase SITOP power supplies for SIMATIC S7-1500 and SIMATIC ET200MP

With a width of only 50 or 75 mm, the PM1507 power modules are designed for optimal load power supply for the SIMATIC S7-1500 and SIMATIC ET200MP. They can be directly installed on the S7-1500 system rack – without lateral clearance to other modules. The range switching to single-phase 120/ 230 V AC systems takes place automatically. If more power is needed – for example, in the case of inrush currents – the short-term overload capacity provides 50% more „Extra-Power“ for 5 seconds per minute.

Product image SITOP for SIMATIC ET 200SP

For SIMATIC ET 200SP

1-phase SITOP power supplies for SIMATIC ET 200SP

The 1-phasige power supply units enable the optimal load current supply for the decentralized periphery SIMATIC ET 200SP. Thanks to their extremely flat design, they are suitable for installation in control cabinets with a depth of 80 mm. With an integrated current monitor, an operation LED display, and a signaling contact for "Output voltage o.k.", they support the energy management and diagnostics of the plant monitoring system. In addition, commissioning and maintenance get simplified, because individual load circuits can be disconnected, 24 Volt can be switched on and off, and a compensation for voltage drops in long cable lengths is possible.

Product image SITOP for SIMATIC ET200pro PS, IP67

For SIMATIC ET200pro PS, IP67

3-phase SITOP power supplies for SIMATIC ET200pro

The power supply SIMATIC ET200pro PS in degree of protection IP67 is used for the electronics/sensors and load voltage supply of the I/O device and it has a signaling contact for “24 V DC o.k.” and “Overtemperature” as well as a second connector for looping through the input voltage.

Highlights

Everything fits together: power supply units, controllers, and I/O systems

SITOP power supplies in SIMATIC design reliably supply numerous SIMATIC systems with 24 volts – from the controllers SIMATIC S7-300, S7-1200 and S7-1500 to the I/O systems SIMATIC ET 200M, ET 200MP, ET 200pro, and ET 200SP.

Optimally coordinated ...

... in terms of design, function, and assembly

Power supplies in SIMATIC design merge perfectly into the PLC network. As well as the controller and I/O systems, they also supply other loads reliably with 24 V DC. The issued certifications and the permitted temperature range allow the power supply, controller, and peripheral components to be used together in almost all areas. The system test that was performed for each of the SITOP power supply units in SIMATIC design together with the respective SIMATIC controller is particularly noteworthy.
