The SIWAREX WL230 BB-S SA is a bending beam load cell with a maximum resolution up to 15.000 divisions. This allows the built up of very precise scales. With the accuracy class C3 according to OIML R60 the use in legal for trade applications is possible. Rated loads offered ranging from 10kg to 500kg, the degree of protection is IP68. When using SIWAREX WL230 BB-S SA with it's according mounting unit, you can also benefit from overload protection, elastomer bearings and other features.

Mounting unit and guide element SIWAREX WL230 BB-S SA
The self aligning compact mounting unit for SIWAREX WL230 BB-S SA load cells is especially useful for the installation in bin- and platform scales or roller table scales. The mounting unit can be used as dummy - which simplifies the installation noticeable. Furthermore it includes a lift-off protection as well as an overload protection. Guide elements are used if the lateral movement of a load bearing implement is to be prevented. The guide element can be mounted on the front or the back of the compact installation unit.
Elastomer bearing SIWAREX WL230 BB-S SA
Enlarge the self-centering elastomer bearing for load cells of the SIWAREX WL230 BB-S SA series is the ideal load introduction element for scales without guide elements. It serves to damp vibrations and shocks.
The load cell and the base plate are not included in the scope of delivery of the elastomer bearing.
Base plate SIWAREX WL230 BB-S SA
The base plate with integral overload protection for load cells of the SIWAREX WL230 BB-S SA series ensures easy, correct installation of the load cell. The integrated overload protection ensures that the load cell is not damaged by static overloading with vertical forces of up to 5 kN.
The load cell is not included in the scope of delivery of the base plate with overload protection.
