The intelligent "Look Ahead" feature harmonizes speed profiles on adjacent milling paths, ensuring that surfaces are mirror-smooth. Top Surface facilitates the best possible surface quality, even with less than optimal CAM output.

Shortest machining time

SINUMERIK with Top Speed plus ensures the shortest possible machining time. Innovative filter algorithms ensure maximum processing speed and consistently suppress mechanical vibrations in the machine. Easiest parameterization

With the CYCLE832 high-speed setting cycle, SINUMERIK offers a transparent and easy-to-understand command center for machining freeform surfaces. Just a few parameters are needed to accurately set the velocity control of the CNC for the respective machining task, i.e. roughing, semi-finishing or finishing, with a specific CAM output tolerance.
