Matthew Marson | Head of Smart Places, WSP
Matthew is Head of Smart Places at WSP. He focuses on designing and delivering digital real estate transformation and human-centred Internet of Things (IoT) technologies within the built environment. Matthew trained as an Architect and is a Chartered Engineer.
Matthew was elected as a Fellow of the RSA in 2017 and named as the Institute of Mechanical Engineers Young Visionary 2016/2017 for his work in creating The World’s Most Connected Building. Matthew sits on the CIBSE’s Intelligent Buildings Group and is a keynote speaker at international industry events. He was a co-author in the Encyclopaedia of Sustainable Technologies.
Elisa Rönkä | Head of Smart Office Europe, Siemens
Elisa Rönkä is Business Development Innovation Manager at Smart Infrastructure from Siemens, where she leads the European go-to-market strategy of human-centric workplace solutions. With a diverse background in finance, design thinking and development functions, Elisa aims to add value to all stakeholders within the building life cycle by promoting emerging digital technologies. She focuses on integrating and humanizing PropTech opportunities into holistic solutions, while keeping a close eye on the emergence and adoption of new technologies to enhance the user experience in a digital workplace.
Wouter Truffino | CEO & Founder, Global PropTech
Wouter is CEO and founder of Holland ConTech & PropTech and Global PropTech, which are among the largest innovation networks for the real estate and construction sector in the Netherlands. Holland ConTech & PropTech were awarded as Top Association in PropTech 2019 by MetaProp NY. Besides that, Wouter is co-founder of the Smart Building Certification, an organization that defines a baseline for smart buildings worldwide. Given the current situation and the cancellation of major events, Wouter recently launched two online fairs for the construction and real estate sector; ‘Building Futureproof’ and ‘Real Estate Futureproof’. He is recognized as one of the future makers in the Netherlands as well as one of the top influencers in PropTech globally - sharing his knowledge on the impact of innovation in the real estate and construction sector at various events.
