Optimization planning
We take building and/or process performance to the next level with specific improvement measures that increase your system performance and staff productivity and deliver further operational and energy efficiencies. Starting with your goals, we evaluate the configuration of, and requirements placed upon, your infrastructure. The result is a plan and set of prioritized measures to improve the performance.
Predictive services
Using expertise and analytics, we audit or monitor a system and detect system abnormalities or faults to support action before additional deterioration or loss of performance occurs.
We group faults into three categories: proactive (an abnormality is currently occurring, which may or may not result in an alarm condition), predictive (there is a high probability that an abnormality will occur in the future) and optimization (BT makes recommendations to the customer to maximize availability, performance and efficiencies, based on an ideal state). Depending on the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the customer, we either make a timely recommendation explaining the potential impact and suggested action, or effectively perform the necessary actions.
(Examples: Proactive: simultaneous cooling and heating; predictive: reduced sensitivity of fire detectors; optimization: supply-demand optimization).
