What is a usability test?
A usability test is a test to improve the user-friendliness of our products.
How does a usability test work?
During the test, you will work on realistic everyday tasks on one of our products.
We ask you to say out loud what you are doing and why to understand how you perceive the product.
Our usability experts observe you while you are working on the tasks and look for ways to improve the product.
There is nothing you can do wrong! It is not you but our products being tested!
Usability testing is part of our product life cycle
