Orlando Aquije - Speaker

Orlando Aquije is a Key Account Professional at Siemens Peru and expert in energy automation systems focused on transmission and distribution grids. He began his career with Siemens Peru in 2012 as Solution Engineering commissioning power automation systems. Subsequent roles have given him a deep experience at teams' leadership and the deployment of technologies which help our customers to develop sustainable and innovative solutions based on digitalization with our SIPROTEC, SICAM and IoT portfolio.

Andrius Stamkauskas

Andrius Stamkauskas - Speaker

Currently works as Business Developer for Transmission and Generation vertical. Last 3 years he was promoting Digital Substations focusing on Process Bus technology. During that period he has gain knowledge about different market requirements together with SIEMENS experience building Digital Substations based on process bus technology.


Overall he has more than 10 year experience selling SIEMENS Energy Automation products and solutions.

Willam Camán

Willam Camán - Speaker

Willam is project engineer, with more than ten years of experience in the energy sector. He worked in hydraulic and thermal generation plants and participated in energy transmission projects. In the last six years he has managed automation and digitalization projects of high voltage electrical substations in the most biggest utility company of Peru. Together with a team he has managed to put into service nine completely new substations. In addition to further extensions and modernizations of existing substations this has been the largest infrastructure expansion campaign carried out by the company so far.

José Malagón

José Malagón - Moderator

After his graduation from National University of Colombia, José joined Siemens Colombia as design engineer, In his next assignment he was responsible to support the Siprotec 5 release in South America. Then he moved to Siemens Australia as Customer support team leader, now He is working in Siemens AG as promoter for topics related with Digital Substation and Power System stability.
