Ashutosh Singh- Speaker

After his graduation from U.P. Technical University in 2007 as an Electrical Engineer, Ashutosh Started working as Commissioning Engineer for testing of power system equipment. Then he Joined Siemens in 2010 and worked as Application Engineer for Siemens protection and automation products in Goa, India. He moved to Siemens Canada in 2018 and now working as business development manager for protection and automation products.

Kabir Mohammed

Kabir Mohammed - Speaker

Kabir Mohammed is the Country Business Unit Segment Manager  in Electrification & Automation(EA) Business Unit for Siemens Canada responsible for all aspects of sales, business development and engineering services in the areas of protection relaying, control & SCADA systems, engineering design & commissioning for the power system grid. He oversees a group of Business Developers, design engineers and field engineers and drafting staff to bring in projects opportunities of various sizes and complexities to Siemens Canada .  Kabir is experienced professional , specialised in Electrical & Electronics Engineering discipline and also holds an Executive MBA from McGill University -2011, Montreal, Canada

Murtuza Rupawala

Murtuza Rupawala  - Speaker

Joined Siemens in 2009 as a Graduate Trainee Engineer after completing his bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Sardar Patel University, India. After joining, he had been working on Power Generation projects as a Project Engineer for projects worldwide. Currently he is supporting with Business development activities and as a technical specialist for projects and customer support in Siemens Canada.

James Hong

After graduation from British Columbia Institute of Technology with a Diploma of Electrical Engineering along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University, James has held various roles in application, sales management and business development roles in multiple sectors such as test & measurement, telecom, OEM components, and the electrical industry.  He is currently working as role as a Business Developer for the Electrification and Automation division at Siemens Canada based out of the Richmond BC office.
