The COVID-19 pandemic has given us time to reflect on what really matters including the tremendous value of a positive company culture and the importance of our relationships with friends, family, and colleagues. As we’ve now reached the one year mark within “virtual mode”, we understand the critical need for constant adaptability and digital tools. Now, as we are experiencing hope and increased certainty that we will return to “normal” with the vaccine rollout, comes restored hope and new plans.
Across Siemens, growth mindset is a strategic priority. As a leader within Siemens Financial Services (SFS) Commercial Finance Americas, I believe the power of a growth mindset within our organization is an imperative tool to further enrich our culture and allows us to create innovative and agile solutions to support our customers. Both personally, and as a leader entering a post-pandemic world, I feel a growth mindset will enable us to pinpoint clear objectives, develop a strategic plan to achieve these goals, and as I recently discussed with members of my team, will accelerate the digital transformation that we’re working toward.
