What I doI am a consultant, hence my role is to support external customers as well as colleagues from other departments regarding several topics. My current focus area in the contract arena is automation and robotic solutions. This also includes optimizing and creating new processes in collaboration with clients as well as general project management and reporting.
To me, being a consultant is all about optimally supporting clients and colleagues in reaching their goals.
What I love about my job
I really enjoy working with my team. We all have a similar way of approaching challenges as well as a passion for learning new things and expanding our horizon.
I can always rely on my team. I think it’s great that no one is afraid to ask for help when they are stuck on a problem and need someone with a special skill.
The most important lesson I've learned
Communication plays a major role in our daily work and there is always room for improvement as communicating can make all the difference when pursuing a goal.
There is always something new to learn in the area of communication: be it new digital tools or contributions to various communities, for example in Yammer.
Change is the only constant in this world, so embrace it and see it as a chance to grow and learn.
Accept change as a way of improving the previous state. Even if the positive effects are not immediately visible, almost every change aspect crystallizes into something good.
