Kesehatan dan keselamatan karyawan adalah prioritas utama Siemens Indonesia. Berbagai langkah kami lakukan untuk melindungi dan menjaga karyawan kami agar tetap sehat dan aman, serta memastikan kelangsungan operasional bisnis sesuai dengan arahan pemerintah. Gugus Tugas lintas fungsi di Siemens terus-menerus memantau situasi terkini untuk memastikan kesiapan kami untuk menghadapi semua kemungkinan yang terjadi serta menerapkan langkah-langkah untuk memastikan para karyawan tetap aman setiap saat. Pengaturan ini termasuk Bekerja dari Rumah dan meminimalisir operasional. Kami juga melakukan kegiatan tambahan di fasilitas produksi yang masih berjalan antara lain dengan menjaga jarak fisik antar karyawan, disinfeksi dan pembersihan kantor dan fasilitas produksi Siemens di Indonesia.

 

The health and safety of our employees is of the highest priority for Siemens Indonesia, and steps have been taken to protect and to keep them healthy and safe, while also ensuring business continuity in compliance with Government directives. A cross-functional Siemens Task Force is constantly reviewing the situation to ensure that Siemens Indonesia is prepared for all eventualities and that measures are being implemented to keep its employees safe at all times. These measures include Work from Home arrangement and a minimum operation of the manufacturing facilities to keep physical distancing, in addition to disinfecting and sanitizing Siemens’ offices and plants in the country.

Siemens Donates PPE and medical equipment for COVID-19 relief in Indonesia

Siemens Indonesia dan Siemens Healthineers Indonesia menyumbangkan lebih dari 7,000 item Alat Perlindungan Diri (APD) dan 1 (satu) ventilator sebagai upaya bantuan pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 di Indonesia pada 26 Mei 2020. Donasi barang senilai Rp 1 miliar ini didistribusikan ke 61 rumah sakit rujukan COVID-19 di Jakarta, Banten, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, dan Sulawesi Selatan. Donasi dilakukan di bawah pengawasan Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19 (BNPB).

 

Siemens Indonesia and Siemens Healthineers Indonesia donated more than 7,000 personal protective equipment (PPE) and 1 ventilator machine for COVID-19 pandemic relief efforts in Indonesia on May 26th, 2020. The IDR 1 billion worth donation was distributed to 61 referral hospitals for COVID-19 in Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, East Java, and South Sulawesi. The donation was conducted under the supervision of the COVID-19 Disease Response Acceleration Task Force (BNPB).

These employees perform necessary tasks, such as inspecting and repairing trains; maintaining power and distribution systems; making and distributing products for critical power applications; and servicing safety, security, detection, and prevention systems. They do so in critical-infrastructure environments such as hospitals, manufacturing plants, and other infrastructure equipment critical to the care of Indonesia.
