Siemens & Halske (S&H) receives its first order from the Dutch Colonial Ministry in‘s-Gravenhage (The Hague) for the construction of a telegraph line in the Dutch East Indies
1909
The first own agency in Surabaya as branch office of SiemensSchuckertwerke (SSW) is established
1921
A new branch office is opened in Bandoeng
1955
The Siemens Indonesia Office (SIO) is set up in Jakarta
1968
The Siemens Indonesia Office is converted to a Regional Company
1973
PT Siemens Indonesia was established in Jakarta
1975
Siemens Factory in Pulomas, Jakarta was inaugurated for the manufacturing of various STAB Distribution Board, Low- and Medium-Voltage Switchgear
1989
A machine factory is opened in Cilegon
2010
P.T. Nusantara Turbin dan Propulsi (NTP) and Siemens set up joint venture for manufacturing industrial steam turbines in Bandung, West Java
2018
A joint venture company PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia was established in October 2018 by PT Trafoindo Prima Perkasa and PT Siemens Indonesia for the manufacturing of power transformer.
