Higher Pension Option under Employee Pension Scheme 1995
Consequent to the circular / notification issued by the EPFO dated 20th February 2023 based on the judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 4th Nov 2022, we request you to please log onto the below EPFO Link and submit the Joint Option form: Click to download
Please note that once you log on to EPFO portal – You will need the following:
- PF statements for the period that you have been member of EPS,1995 scheme. This needs to be uploaded under “Please attach permission under Para 26(6) of EPF scheme”
- An undertaking to confirm deposit of contributions along with interest, as applicable. For this document - please use Annexure A (Joint Option Form) circulated earlier by Siemens for this. No employer signature/verification is required for this.
Request you to kindly note the last date for submission of the same as informed by EPFO, currently 3rd May 2023.
