Want some more information about the Siemens Graduate Program? Here are some of our most asked questions. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, drop us a message via the SGP Facebook page

Siemens is a responsible employer that is passionate about developing a diversified and flexible knowledge based economy.  We are proactively seeking Emiratis as part of our ‘In the UAE for the UAE’ strategic objective.  This program supports our commitment to the UAE and the development of Emirati talent.  If you are not an UAE National, please do look at our other available opportunities – Internships, International Technical Apprenticeships, The Finance Excellence Program or Direct Entry Opportunities.

Yes, you’ll need strong capability in both written and spoken English as you’ll be working and collaborating every day in a truly international environment.

When you submitted your application, you should have received an email from us acknowledging your application. We normally review applications once the closing date has passed, however if a role is advertised for an immediate start you may hear from us sooner.

We’ve found that online testing is a good, objective indicator of how successful graduates will be when they join. Our online system allows you to complete the tests in your own time and in a convenient place.

Unfortunately not. Candidates will only be given one opportunity (per academic year) to complete the test. However once you’ve passed it, you won’t be required to retake it for any further applications made that year. Just let your recruiter know this when applying.

Because of the high volume of applications we receive, it’s not possible to supply feedback at application and testing stages (other than the candidate report feedback you’ll receive as part of your games based assessment). However, if you’ve attended an assessment centre or interview and you would like feedback, we’ll happily provide it from one of our recruiting team.

Simply log into the Siemens careers page and update your profile. Your details will then be updated and saved.

Our recruiter will provide you with email updates throughout the recruitment process, so if you have any specific queries regarding your application, please contact them.

We have opportunities in Engineering, Business, Finance, IT and more. Search our career opportunities to find a role that suits you.

Yes. If you already have a degree and are still relatively near the beginning of your career, you’re welcome to apply for a graduate role here, and we’d encourage you to speak to your line manager during this process.
