In order to take part in the program, you are required to have an engineering degree. If your field of studies is different from engineering, please visit the Siemens career page to find out more about alternative career opportunities with Siemens.

Yes, as long as you are a citizen of one of the countries in the ASEAN pacific region, you can apply for the program no matter where you currently reside.

The ASEAN-Pacific region includes countries like Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Comprehensive, beyond-Engineering training are the centerpiece of the EGP. The training for the program comes in various platforms - on-the-job training, exposure to different functions, offsite classroom training, networking sessions. For the offsite training, program members from all participating countries are brought together to one location to learn as a team. This is a valuable opportunity for both expanding your international network, as well as exchanging experiences.

The program offers a great variety of training courses: Starting from business-oriented courses to innovation workshops and training that enhances your cross-cultural skills – altogether enabling you to reach your fullest potential.

Yes, during the program, a 6-month overseas assignment is planned. This will give you the opportunity to gain practical experience outside of your home country.

Once you start the program, you are already a Siemens employee. After successful completion of the program, we will work with you to plan your future career path, working toward paths such as a Sales Engineer or a Project Manager.
