This tutorial shows how you can import data into Analyze MyWorkpiece /Toolpath and how they can be visualized as point cloud. The following file formats are explained and imported: MPF (G-Code), XML (SINUMERIK Operate Trace), JSON (Analyze MyWorkpiece /Capture), CSV (Generic data source). 

This tutorial shows how you can interact with the appearance of the point cloud including point and line size, vector length for curvature and orientation vectors and how sub selections of the point cloud to be visualized can be achieved. After this session, you have learned how to detect first process anomalies like curvature or orientation irregularities and can adapt this to your own process data set in order to identify potential process anomalies.

This video shows how the point cloud can be colored with process data such as velocity or curvature. Furthermore, you learn how to perform measurements, visualize meta data or tool data inside the model and combine C-code information with the point cloud. After this session, you are able to get deeper process knowledge of your process data and have more tools at hand to find potential process optimization potential.

In this tutorial it is shown how time series data analysis can be coupled with the point cloud visualization. Points are selected by setting thresholds on graphs or by limiting the time range of the graph. After this session, you are able to understand how time series signals affect the geometry of the workpiece and detect potential process outliers by using thresholds.
