- Enterprise Risk Management and the importance of “knowing your risks”
– holistic point of view
- Cross-domain transfer of skills
- With special focus at the following risks, that may be a challenge to handle:
- Supply chain and material flow tools that help to identify and manage your supply chain
- Industrial communication networks for different needs; design, segmentation IT/OT but also zones. Who owns what and how handle, administrate and maintain the network with what kind of products and tools suitable for the respective disciplines at IT and OT will be handled and informed about by Siemens and Siemens Solution Partner Midroc Automation.
- Industrial security and holistic protection of industrials plants perspective
-> You will also be involved into a challenge, joining a team and playing an IT-Security game and protect a plant , KIPS. KIPS is a platform for increased cyber security awareness, omnisiens.se/kips
- System Safety
– will you work for, to be at: year 2000 level, year 2010 level or year 2020 level?
This part will be handled by Siemens, AFRY, Evomatic and Borealis
After the meeting there will be web meetings and continue the show
Who shall participate at the meeting?
Independent if you are a user of production/equipment, manufacturer or integrator – you will be involved in manage risks – and maybe find new business models around the actual topics!
Members of the Competence Group participate with maximum 5 people, to be able to cover the topics we deal with.
1 of the 5 preferable from C-level, so the topics can be initiated and handled from both strategic and operative perspective
Submit your interest inquiry!
We sincerely regret to inform that we have to postpone our event on the 7th - 8th of September. Due to the fact that the planned IT-security game is so important for a great experience and sets too high demands to be able to run on the web as we would wish. Depending on the development of the web and its technical possibilities, we hope to be able to have the Manage Your Enterprises Risks-event in the beginning of 2021. We will be sure to let you know as soon as it is rescheduled again.
Please submit your interest inquiry and we will keep you up to date!
Who participate which day?
Day 1: C-level, strategic and operative disciplines
Day 2: Operative disciplines
Siemens in Solna, Arenastaden
Agenda Day 1 – Starting 12:00
Manage your enterprise risks with focus at industrial assets
The session gives a brief overview of Enterprise Risk Management and the importance of “knowing your risks” and take active decisions. A business possibility often come with risks. To achieve business objectives, it is important to have methods and processes to handle strategical, financial or operational risks that may affect the ability to deliver products or services to clients. Risk may be tolerated, transferred or mitigated but first when they are identified, and the exposure is clearly described.
Presenter: Annie Holmqvist AON
Supply chain and material flow tools to manage your risks
Use the power of discrete event simulation for production throughput analysis and optimization to improve your manufacturing system performance.
Siemens solutions allows you to model, simulate, explore and optimize logistics systems and their processes. These models enable analysis of material flow, resource utilization and logistics for all levels of manufacturing planning from global production facilities to local plants and specific lines, well in advance of production execution.
Automation can also be coupled to the discrete event simulation so optimization can also be done from automation perspective scenarios in combination with discrete event simulation.
Presenters: Johan Nordling and Patrik Hansson, Siemens
Industrial IT-Security and holistic protection of industrials plants perspective
During this event we will have discussions and show how you can work with a holistic approach within the industrial security topic. We will also have discussions about Industrial communication networks for different needs; design, segmentation IT/OT but also zones. Who owns what and how handle, administrate and maintain the network with what kind of products and tools suitable for the respective disciplines at IT and OT will be handled and informed about.
Midroc Automation will inform about their experience with Industrial Networks in general and complex one in special.
With the knowledge of your it-related risks, you will be more prepared for potential attacks to your organization. And you also have a chance to actively do measures BEFORE something happens that could impact your core business. We will also talk about the importance of having control of your network infrastructure and connected devices, correct configuration of secure functions is key to maintain the right level of security on implemented hardware.
