I am thankful that the management supports continuing education and learning on the job while rewarding hard work. We are continuously being granted opportunities to pursue our interests, both in and outside of work and further develop our skills through…
- Skill development courses - I have been given the chance to take up a variety of courses that contributed to the sharpening of my user requirement gathering skills
- University Master Classes - I attended a one-week university master class on innovation and technology management. During this week I gained critical insights on how organizations face innovation challenges in areas such as semiconductors, industrial electronics, LED lighting, automotive electronics, among others.

Additionally, throughout the year, there are opportunities for employees to go out to spend time with underprivileged old folks, children and handicapped, volunteer at various charities’ functions, and clean up the island-nation’s beaches. Being apart of these meaningful activities allows us to give back to society and better ourselves!
