Basic Service Agreement

Basic agreement with on-call service and spare parts service. In order to be able to react to malfunctions, qualified personnel are made available via a stand-by line.

On-Call Service

Transfer of the system overview into our service standby system with individual service indicator.

 

The Siemens service control center accepts system malfunctions by telephone 365 days a year from 00:00 to 24:00.

A callback will be made by a qualified service employee within the guarantee amount of hours

Annually, certain hours of preventive maintenance time is given. Additional preventive maintenance time can be purchase at a block of 8 hours. Engineers can be call in from Mon – Fri, 0830-1730.
