The shear beam load cell SIWAREX WL230 SB-S SA is extremely compact and therefore especially useful in crowded conditions. Mounted with the belonging SIWAREX mounting unit the installation height up to 2t is only 76mm (3") and for 5t only 111mm (4,4"). In connection with the resolution of 15.000, the usage in legal for trade scales is possible, the load cell provides the accuracy class C3 according to OIML R60.

Base plate with elastomer bearing SIWAREX WL230 SB-S SA
The combination of the base plate and the elastomer bearing builds together with the load cell series SIWAREX WL230 SB-S SA a self-aligning bearing unit. The elastomer bearing has a special buildup: a lateral force causes a much higher deflection as the same force in measuring direction. Therefore, it is possible to prevent high tensions on the loadcell body in case of lateral forces.
The load cell is not included in the scope of delivery of the base plate and the elastomer bearing.
Load foot SIWAREX WL230 SB-S SA
This self-aligning load foot for SIWAREX WL230 SB-S SA load cells can be used for the quick and easy construction of platform and hopper scales.
The load foot directly introduces the force introduction into the load cell and is designed for rated load ranges from 500 kg to 5 t (0.49 ... 4.92 tn. l.).
