Siemens UK Management

Toby Peyton-Jones became HR Director for Siemens UK in August 2008.

Toby started his career as an officer in the Royal Engineers. Later he worked for the Centre for Leadership and Development and then moved into management consulting during the 1980's.

Toby joined Siemens in 1989 and performed a number of HR related roles, supporting the rapid growth of Siemens in the UK. He moved to China in December 1999 to take up a General Management role as Director of a small legal entity (Siemens Management Institute).

Toby returned to Germany in 2003 as Integration Manager for the acquisition of Alstom's Industrial Turbine Division. Following this in 2005, Toby moved to Siemens Headquarters in Munich jointly heading up the global HR Mergers & Acquisitions function.
