This CIBSE approved CPD looks at how a BMS can be used to create wellbeing as well as energy efficiency in buildings. We will be discussing the methodologies to achieve this including control strategies and sensor requirements.

This CIBSE approved CPD looks at the issues around cybersecurity and the considerations that need to be looked at in a digital building. There is a focus on the requirements for cybersecurity measures in a BMS system including the BACnet open protocol.

This CIBSE approved CPD looks at false alarm occurrences, statisics, the relevant legislation and how technology can be used to overcome unnecessary false alarm instances in a fire detection system in non-residential buildings.

This CIBSE approved CPD looks at the BS EN 15232 standard and the impact of building management systems. We will be exploring the background of the standard and how it can be used to drive energy efficiency in buildings.
