Harriet Padina is Diversity and Inclusion Community Manager for Siemens UK & Ireland and has worked for Siemens for 14 years. Harriet has a Masters degree in Engineering from Durham University and started her career on a graduate programme with GKN plc. Gradually her careerpath led to HR roles and with Siemens she has worked in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition as well as Organisational Effectiveness and culture change. Harriet leads the Siemens UK approach to Diversity and Inclusion, working through a network of champions and in collaboration with business leaders, HR experts and employee networks to drive and escalate progress.
Barbara Harvey is a managing director in Accenture Research and is the lead for Accenture’s research on workplace equality. She joined Accenture in 1997 to establish an advanced research capability – a team which is now a global, end-to-end research capability of 300 people. The research team has experts in every industry and all aspects of business (digital, AI, future workforce, etc.) and has technical experts who provide expertise in, for example, statistics , economic modeling and data science. Barbara is also the co-founder and executive sponsor for Accenture UKI’s award-winning Mental Health programme.
Dr. Patricia Gestoso is Head of Scientific Support and Customer Operations in Dassault Systèmes. Through her career as global manager of scientific support, training, and services, she has worked with Fortune 500 Life Sciences and Materials companies worldwide to build, deliver, and maintain science-based virtual solutions. Patricia has spearheaded and guided numerous diversity and inclusion initiatives in tech and she is the winner of the 2020 Women in Tech Changemakers award. She is the Diversity and Inclusion Lead for the NGO We and AI that aims to increase the understanding of Artificial Intelligence amongst the general UK population.
Christina is an Expert-level Strategy Consultant and Thought Leader in operating model transformation and has cultivated has a track record of success advising CXO-level clients on IT strategy definition, business value case creation, and operating model & process (re)design. Her experience spans several industries across the US, UK and LATAM, with added depth in Retail, Telecommunications, and Banking. She is also IBM’s Global Lead for Component Business Model for Cloud--a patented method for helping clients best assess how to transform their technology estates to maximise the value of cloud technologies. She is proud to be a co-leader for our UKI consulting business’ Connecting Women resource group and is passionate about advancing women in STEM and consulting.
