Watch 'The Passenger Journey by 2030' webinar, now available on demand

The way airline passengers are travelling is changing rapidly. On Thursday 10th December 2020, industry experts from Arcadis and Siemens joined forces to explore the future of the passenger journey in airports, including how technology could support and how developments could be financed.

How will the passenger journey evolve over the next decade? How can airports best prepare for the challenges and opportunities that await? In addition to enhancing the passenger experience from beginning to end, airports must now also boost passenger confidence and realise sustainability targets.

By considering the immediate and near future, our speakers examined how developments such as contactless security, comfortable and safe lounge spaces, green spaces or new retail experiences could transform the passenger journey. Siemens Financial Services also joined to discuss financing options.
