What is the role of Trafalgar House?
On the 1st September 2020, Trafalgar House was appointed as the new pension administration provider for the Siemens Benefits Scheme. Trafalgar House will manage the day to day running of the DB sections of the Scheme from 1st September 2020 and of the Investor Plan from 1st December 2020.
They are your first point of contact for queries concerning your pension and will be responsible for calculating and paying your benefits. For Investor Plan members, Trafalgar House are also your first point of contact from September, working with our existing administrator (Capita) until the full handover in December.
We know some of you have pension savings in other Siemens pension arrangements so we are pleased to confirm that Trafalgar House will also become the pension scheme administrator for the Siemens Healthineers Benefits Scheme, helping to keep most of your pension information in one place.
