Your opportunity to shape the future of the Siemens Benefits Scheme

We’re looking for a new Member Nominated Trustee Director (MNTD) to join the Scheme’s Trustee Board.

Do you have an enquiring mind? Do you enjoy working as part of a team? Would you like to play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the Scheme? If the answer to these is ‘yes’, then this rewarding role could be for you.

To find out more about what’s involved, please read ‘Your guide to becoming a Member Nominated Trustee Director’.

Who can apply?

If you’d like to apply, there are a few conditions you’ll need to meet:

  • You’ll be a member of the scheme. That doesn’t mean you have to still work for Siemens; you could be employed somewhere else, or you could be a pensioner.
  • If you are working for another company, it can’t be for a competitor of Siemens
  • You will need to be at least 18 years old
  • You can’t have been disqualified from acting as a company director under the Company Director’s Disqualification Act 1986
Each trustee brings different perspectives and skills; some have a financial background and others don’t. It’s more important that we reflect the wide diversity of our members and what they need. I like to question and cut through the jargon to ensure that all our members can understand what’s important for them.
Harriet Padina, Trustee Director

How do I apply?

Please fill in our application form.

You’ll need to send this in by Friday 16 September, the closing date to apply.

When you apply, you’ll need to be nominated by five of your fellow scheme members. You can get in touch with them using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
