If you’ve been out of the workplace for two years or more, our Return to Work scheme is the ideal way to build on where you’ve been and look forward to what your future could be like.
We know that returning to work after a career break can be a daunting prospect, which is why we are offering a Returnship Program which is here to help. Our Returners Program is a 6-month placement which has been specifically designed to bridge the gap between taking a career break of two years or more and re-entering the workplace. We want you to capitalise on your existing experience, refresh your skills and knowledge whilst equipping you with the confidence to return to work. It gives meaningful experience, with the wrap around of coaching, mentoring support and training.
Scheme in-depth
The scheme will be tailored to your individual needs. Depending on what is right for you, and your own personal development journey, you will have access to a portfolio of learning opportunities including career coaching, soft skill development modules and support from mentors within our business.
What will I get out of it?
While we can’t guarantee you a role at the end of the scheme, this is the ideal stepping stone back into working life. Following the programme, you will have had the opportunity to upskill in a number of areas and gain exposure to exciting projects and topics.
Having made the investment in you, we will, wherever possible, support you in finding a permanent role. If we’re unable to do so immediately, we’ll be in touch as and when a suitable permanent position arises.
You’ll be employed on a six-month contract and we are open to flexible working and reduced hours.
Please just let us know what your needs are and we will do our best to accommodate. We’ve created this scheme specifically to build on what you know. So your past experience will be invaluable!
Additional Support
A strong support network is vital to making a success of your return to work. You’ll have several people on hand to help make your integration back into the workplace as seamless as possible.
You will have a mentor, buddy and also the opportunity to have sessions with a Professional Coach. There will also be peer support from other individuals and our aim is to make you feel as included and supported as possible!
