Siemens’ new online Service Portal enables you to request support, schedule maintenance, track repairs, review performance, generate reports, access fault history and view trend analysis. It delivers efficiencies in tracking maintenance issues and offers better insight into the reliability of installed equipment. The portal is intuitive, secure and delivers fast access for authorised users, assisting the management of assets, accelerating fault reporting and analysing performance against pre-agreed SLAs and KPIs.


The Service Portal is a key addition to our lifecycle portfolio that will create greater transparency on service and maintenance performance, enable instant access for your operatives and improve connectivity and communication across both our organisations.  This improved visibility of the performance of your systems and services means better continuity of your security, safety and building management operations. It also enables us to work together more closely, determine the specific services and maintenance activities that are important to your organisation and plan the level of care that best meets your demand for response, lifecycle support and cost efficiencies.

With built-in security features and future-proof technology, the platform ensures the absolute confidentiality, integrity, reliability and availability of all data. To deliver further resilience there is periodic vulnerability testing throughout the lifecycle of the portal.
