We also operate the country’s gas pre-payment infrastructure, which serves millions of households across Great Britain. Managed Applications & Services focus on 'Software as a Service' offerings such as Smart PAYG and are working on further innovations for the energy system of the future.

Have a smart meter appointment with Siemens?

If when you made the booking you agreed to receiving communication, you will be sent confirmation of the date and the timeslot of your appointment.


On the day of your appointment, our engineer will call you to let you know they're on their way. They will also show you their Siemens ID card when they arrive.


Before our engineer arrives, please could you:

  • Clear access to the meter
  • Make sure somebody over 18 is at the property
  • Keep pets and small children away from the work for safety reasons
  • Make sure sensitive equipment (anything affected by a cut in power) is unplugged, so it doesn't get damaged
