Tell us about your role at SFS


Account management duties for existing Block Discounting partners and looking for new business opportunities in the North of the UK. 


What makes you an expert?


I have worked at Siemens since 2003. The first 15 years were spent working within the Vendor Finance channel in a sales and management capacity. Since 2018, I have worked in Block Discounting, building business relationships with existing customers and onboarding new opportunities.  The VF and Block areas are technically very different, however, my length of service at SFS has developed a strong internal and external network that has made the transition smooth and enabled me to develop a broad knowledge of the finance industry as a whole.     


What is your favourite thing about working for SFS?


Siemens has always ensured that my time here is interesting, challenging and offered different opportunities to support my career in asset finance.  


Tell us a bit about yourself! 


My spare time is mainly spent enjoying time with my son.  I like to go to the gym as often as possible and sampling lots of different gins.


What does the future hold for you and your team?


We are one of the longest standing block funders in the market place. We are continually looking for new opportunities to grow our block portfolio and support our existing partners with excellent service and products to assist their company growth.
