Tell us about your role at SFS
My focus is on the industrial equipment sector, working with our customers and introducers to structure a finance plan that suits their business needs.
What makes you an expert?
I joined Siemens in 2009 and have worked in several roles during that time, giving me a good understanding of the business. I began my current role in 2018 and have learnt a lot about the manufacturing sector during that time.
What is your favourite thing about working for SFS?
I work with a great team of people who are there for support when needed and who also celebrate the wins which is important in the fast-paced world we live in.
Tell us a bit about yourself!
I enjoy long walks on a weekend as well as experimenting with new recipes!
What does the future hold for you and your team?
We have adapted well to changes in our work environment that 2020 has presented us with. Looking forward to the coming year, we will continue to adapt our approach and streamline our processes to ensure our customers receive the best service.
The priority for me is always putting the customer first and ensuring the best service levels, which has been particularly important during this unprecedented time.
