Tell us about your role at SFS

Setting the plan and pace for the UK Vendor Finance business, which consists of 5 channels: Vendor, Brokers, Block Discounting, Technology & Wholesale. Working hard with the team to become the trusted financial partner delivering the best customer experience through our exceptional people, innovation and digitalisation.

What makes you an expert?

Having worked in the leasing industry in a variety of roles for most of my career I have a heap of knowledge and experience to support our team and customers to find the right funding solutions to suit many situations! Working hard to innovate and drive digitalisation to improve customer service.

What is your favourite thing about working for SFS?

I’ve been part of the Siemens team for many years and I would say my favourite things are the people I work with and our culture. We have a great team that is passionate about our business and plans for the long game, not just the here and now. We also have a fantastic culture that looks after people, communities and the planet – I feel very proud to be part of Siemens.

Tell us a bit about yourself!

I live on a small holding in the beautiful Teme Valley with my family. My husband farms hops and my 2 children are away at University. When I’m not doing the day job, I’m spending time with our animals and riding horses. I’m into yoga and wine - although I haven’t tried them together, yet…!

What does the future hold for you and your team?

Our vision is ‘We Finance What Matters’ and our financial solutions enable so many business to acquire better technology or assets to help their businesses and customers. For many years we have serviced core markets and are focused on sharing our knowledge and expertise with other markets to help them grow, be more sustainable, efficient, cost effective, etc. I also think a big change will be through the use of digtalisation – helping us deliver more to our customers, serving them wherever and whenever to accommodate new ways of working and at a faster pace.
