Operations Development Program

Efficiency and sustainability are at the forefront of Siemens.  The Operations Development Program will give you the opportunity to play an integral part in improving one of the most important areas of our company.  The program will expose you to several key projects where you’ll be able to improve performance.  You’ll use your skills and knowledge to increase efficiency across multiple businesses in a variety of settings including on the factory floor.  You’ll be responsible for assessing current situations and developing solution-based plans to improve efficiency and production.

To apply for the Operations Development Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Majors:  Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA:  3.0
  • Relocation and Travel:  applicants must be willing and able to relocate. Assistance is provided to hires who must relocate more than 50 miles from their permanent address.
  • Work Authorization:  applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

Internship

Start Date:  May

Duration:  3 months

Applicants must be rising junior or seniors. Program interns will be considered for full-time program position upon graduation.

 

Full-time

Start Date:  July

Duration:  12 months
