Siemens appoints several key members to its U.S. leadership team

  • New U.S. leadership appointments span financial, human resources, cybersecurity, and real estate functions 

Siemens is pleased to announce several new appointments to its U.S. leadership team effective immediately.

Heiko Volpert
has been named the Chief Financial Officer for Siemens USA. He will continue serving as the Head of Finance for Siemens U.S. Digital Industries business. Volpert has spent 27 years of his career at Siemens, beginning in the company’s apprenticeship program. He has held leadership roles in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and controlling and business administration. He brings extensive global expertise having led teams in Germany, China, and the U.S. Volpert is based in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Stephen Subasic has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Head of People & Organization for Siemens USA.  Subasic comes to Siemens from Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. where he was the Chief Human Resources Officer with a successful track record leading broad, transformational initiatives. He has deep experience leading within diverse, global Fortune 500 organizations with an emphasis on building leaders through coaching, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Subasic is based in Davidson, North Carolina.

Helen Negre will assume the role of Chief Cybersecurity Officer for Siemens USA and will continue serving as cybersecurity officer for the company’s North and Latin American Mobility business. Helen brings 20 years of extensive cybersecurity experience to her role across several areas including incident response, product security, and digital forensics. She is a strong advocate for gender equity and diversity within the cybersecurity industry, supporting initiatives to pave the way for future cybersecurity leaders. Helen is based in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Stephanie Dorsey has joined the company as CEO of Siemens Real Estate Services, North America. She will be responsible for overseeing the corporation’s extensive portfolio of locations and Siemens construction projects across the region. Dorsey has spent over two decades in the real estate industry, most recently overseeing global real estate for power management company Eaton. Previously, she led Corporate Operations and Strategic Initiatives at Cleveland, Ohio-based Forest City Realty Trust where she was instrumental in creating value across the company’s real estate asset portfolio. Dorsey is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
