David Armour

Biography

Based in New York, David leads teams focused on cities in the northeast from Boston to Washington, D.C.   Most of his time is dedicated to airports and eMobility solutions including vehicles, electrification, grid planning and business structures for public and private developments.

 

Examples of projects that David has lead and provided strategic direction include the renovation of Carnegie Hall, the technology infrastructure for the replacement central terminal at LaGuardia airport in NYC, subway signaling for the NYC MTA, power distribution updating in the Empire State Building, and the deployment of the first all-electric buses and charging infrastructure in NYC.

 

David holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis.  David is also a member of the executive committee of the board of directors for the Regional Plan Association in New York City.
