From start up and commissioning of newly installed equipment to full 24 hour emergency service response, our Field Engineers are expertly trained to keep your equipment available and reliable.
Service
*Emergency Service calls include the labor to troubleshoot are defined if there is a failure with the Russelectric equipment to operate and include the Russelectric Service technician for the first 8 hours of labor. Additional parts and labor to correct the issue will be charged per diem. See service contract for addition details and limitations. **Extended warranty items will cover all currently manufactured & available devices and parts. If parts made by companies other than Russelectric are discontinued or end of life, the modifications for replacements are not included under this service contract.

Value of preventive maintenance regulatory compliance
NFPA 70b recommends preventive maintenance more or less frequently depending upon the age and condition of the equipment. Russelectric, A Siemens Business, recommends completing switchgear Maintenance every 12 months to Control switchgear and ATS equipment.
* Though NFPA is not binding, in the event of an injury resulting from an arc flash or other electrical problem, OSHA may investigate and assign liability to a company found not to have adequately assessed workplace dangers.
