SITRAIN Learning Journey
The perfect combination of different learning methods
Learning Journeys convey knowledge through an optimal combination of self-learning modules for independent study and guided live modules. Thanks to the four learning methods – live, self-learning, on-demand, and individual – the Learning Journey provides the best possible conditions for sustainable and successful learning!
How does the SITRAIN Learning Journey work?
A Learning Journey combines guided live modules with self-learning modules to optimally convey and reinforce knowledge over a period of several weeks. The self-learning modules in SITRAIN access facilitate self-reliant learning with premium-quality multimedia formats – a Learning Membership (SITRAIN access) with access to on-demand content is included with the Learning Journey. Afterwards you will intensively deepen your knowledge along with other learners and a SITRAIN learning consultant during a live module. Thanks to the numerous practical exercises in the SITRAIN virtual training environment, you’ll acquire extensive practical experience during your Learning Journey. On-demand content compiled specifically for you to study on your own supports the learning process outside of the Learning Journey. Personalized transfer support in the coaching sessions ensures the successful transfer of what you learned to your own daily work.
The new format fully met my expectations. It was easy to integrate the individual learning modules in my regular workday, and I enjoyed switching between independent learning and live learning modules with the support of a learning consultant.Wolfgang Ulex, Automation Engineer, food production
This format is perfect for those who prefer to learn actively and acquire new knowledge independently. In any case, it made learning a lot of fun.Elisabeth Schmidl, Research Assistant, University of Applied Sciences
